WHO IS COACH MANJU?

Coach Freeman is the Head Coach, Head Trainer, and Owner of Flight School DMV, a youth soccer program dedicated to developing players of all levels through private training, small group sessions, recreational play, and competitive travel soccer. He also serves as a High School Coach at Frederick Douglass High School, where his passion for teaching the game continues to inspire the next generation of athletes.

As a player, Coach Freeman developed his foundation in travel/select soccer with Bowie Soccer Club and advanced his career through the Olympic Development Program (ODP). During his years at Frederick Douglass High School, he was a four-year varsity starter, team captain, and Prince George’s County Champion, earning recognition as an All-County honoree for his leadership and performance on the field. With this background, he now combines his first-hand competitive experience with a commitment to youth development. His training philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, tactical awareness, physical preparation, and mental toughness, ensuring players not only grow as athletes but also as leaders on and off the field. WHO IS COACH Maurice?

Coach Moe Williams serves as the Director of Flight School DMV, where he leads athletic development and travel programs and for youth soccer players ages 6U to 18U. Although his personal athletic background is rooted in football and basketball, Coach Moe brings a diverse perspective and a thorough understanding of what it takes to build strong, well-rounded athletes. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, teamwork, and growth, emphasizing that success begins with character and commitment both on and off the field. Under his leadership, Flight School DMV fosters a culture of excellence that motivates players to reach their highest potential. Coach Moe believes in teaching the fundamentals while building each athlete’s confidence, resilience, and love for the game. He is passionate about creating an environment where young athletes can explore their strengths, learn from challenges, and develop a lifelong appreciation for sportsmanship. With years of experience mentoring youth, he understands the importance of building trust, accountability, and motivation in every training session. His approach combines technical skill-building with mental and emotional development, ensuring athletes are prepared for competition and for life beyond the field.
